Massage Therapy is the manual manipulation of the body's muscles, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments to enhance a person's health and well-being. Massage Therapy enhances function of muscles and joints, improves circulation, and helps to relieve mental and physical fatigue. It improves the immune response and promotes homeostasis, the body's natural ability to maintain optimal health from with-in.
